1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Unless stated otherwise, AMPOWN ships items within three days of receiving your order.
  • For very large orders, new product launches, or legal holidays, delivery may be delayed by 5-7 business days.

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. Items from overseas warehouses (U.S., Australia, Spain, U.K.) are limited to specific destinations.
  • If the checkout page doesn’t display a shipping option or indicates an invalid delivery address, it means the selected overseas product cannot be shipped to your location. In such cases, please choose a product shipped from China.
  • For other destinations, express delivery (e.g., FedEx) might be available. Refer to the checkout page or contact customer service for details.
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped, and you can check its status within 12 hours.

3. Taxes & Shipping Costs

  • Product prices do not include customs taxes. For orders shipped to Europe, you are responsible for customs duties, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping on all our products.

4. Changing the Delivery Address

  • For shipped orders, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • For orders not yet shipped, please visit our Support Page and submit a ticket as soon as possible.

5. Canceling an Order

  • You may cancel an order before it ships by visiting our Contact Page and submitting a ticket.
  • For orders already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

6. Package Lost/Damage

  • If your package is lost or damaged, please file a complaint with your local courier and provide us with the complaint number immediately.
  • If insurance was purchased, file a claim with the insurance provider (contact customer service for guidance). If no insurance was purchased, work with your courier to claim for damage or loss, and then contact us.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered but later lost or stolen due to factors beyond our control. Claims for items in storage over 90 days will not be accepted.
